SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 Suspending                                 
Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                  
Legislature concerning House Bill No. 445, relating to operating a             
motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft, was read the second time.              
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 was before the                             
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT                                  
RESOLUTION NO. 22 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b),                   
and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No.            
445, relating to operating a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft,
